福岡大名 「池田屋：炊き餃子」 [グルメ]
「炊き餃子」
聞きなれないグルメ用語。を聞いて驚きました。私の好奇心が急に高まり、場所は、福岡の博多ということで出張と重なり、これ以上の好条件はないと知り合いの友人に早速お願いして予約してもらいました。
すでに食べログなど多くのコメントが寄せられておりましたので、私も負けてはならぬと、いざ、博多へ。
場所は、中央区大名。おしゃれなお店の町並みから、ちょっと路地に入っていった場所にその空間は広がっておりました。お店は、外からも見える透きガラスで中は広そうです。
ここでは、メインの炊き餃子の前に、酒のつまみがたくさん種類がありましたがその中でホルモンの丸腸にゴボウを挟んだ炒め物や半熟卵にイクラを乗せたものと一緒にビール、白ワイン、赤ワインとお酒が進みます。
で、遂に「炊き餃子」の登場です。
鳥のスープに餃子が12個（２人前）が入っておりまして、スープとともに、餃子をいただきました。うまいものは、理屈なくおいしく、冬の寒い夜にはもってこいかもです。
